Day 1/30. Self Portrait

Lately, I have been slacking on taking pics, so I thought this 30 day photography challenge would be a great way to get me and my cameras back out there. I think it's going to be a lot of fun. I got my great friend, Tiffany Boerner to  go along and do it too. I know she will come up with some great pics! She's super talented.
I will be doing all of my pics with my Canon SLR and my iPhone 4. I wanted to see the difference. I get such great pics with my iPhone,  that it's about all I use these days. However, with the Canon, I can use different lenses etc. which make it a lot of fun.  Self photos are much easier to take with the iPhone than with the SLR. It's just kinda hard to hold that thing with one hand and get your shot right.
So, clearly I need my bangs trimmed.
Camera: Canon Rebel Xt
Lens: Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II
ISO: 400
Aperture: f/1.8
Flash: None
Taken in the same location as the one above with the iPhone 4.
ISO: 250
Aperture: f/2.4

And my personal favorite. The SUN has been out all day today. I had to take a pic of my shadow, since I probably won't see it again anytime soon.
